Mob Networking

Have you seen the reaction of a group of people to an injustice? Let me tell you about my experience...

I went back from a Southamerican trip the past Sunday, the plane landed at 9:30pm after a 3 and a half hour flight the crew take 45 more minutes delivering the luggage. The people from my flight seem to be really tired. Furthermore, there were 2 more flights form abroad so the customs process will be a little bit slow.
The people pick up their cases and then went to the line for an inspection to get out of the airport. I was chatting with Lalo Aspiroz, a friend of mine that was traveling on the same flight. And we both observe that there was a special line just for handicapped people. We commented that in some places that line also give service to diplomatic people, but this was not the case.
Suddenly into the line gets a lady in a wheelchair, and after her a woman and a man. Neither each of them needed support for walking and the woman made the indiscretion to tell out loud: "Don't ever think I'm going to make the line". The people near her became offended, that type of comments you should keep them for your personal thoughts.
Lalo told the 2 people that it wasn't a line for diplomatics and insisted they have to form in line as everybody else. The woman do not take care of the request and move forward, but he man answered that he has a diplomatic and that it was his line. And again Lalo told them, that is not your line.
By that moment every one on the zone was paying attention to what was happening and also the customs personal realized that they have to ask for the credentials or else, they were going to have troubles with the people. The woman showed some type of document that identify her as a diplomatic. With the man it was different, he has not a diplomatic passport and it became quite true that he was only showing off. People on the line started crying out loud: "Corrupts", "Make a line". "Officer, please do not allow to them going trough ."
The officer ask the man to step out of the line and also remove his VIP status. The people clap the officer decision. In this situation, the reaction from some of the people, made us realized that some mistakes could be solved if just a few people speak up.
Had you ever experienced a similar situation? Tell us about it.
